In this acitivty challenge you will visit Budapest, Barcelona, Lisbon, Paris, London, and Rome virtually over 6 weeks. All activities count and are easily registered in the Tappa app. Whether you're walking, cycling, strength training, or chopping wood.

How it works

Download the Tappa Pro app and create your account. In the app, you'll have full control over the challenge and can register your activity and track your progress. You can also choose to fetch steps directly from your activity watch.

In our activity table, you can convert all types of exercise activities. For example, if you train at the gym, you are rewarded with 120 steps per minute, and a cycling tour gives 170 steps per minute. The activity table is based on energy consumption per minute.

Accept one of our popular bonus tasks and be rewarded with 500 steps. A great boost towards reaching your goal.

Track your progress on leaderboards and see how you and your colleagues are doing. In the virtual map, you can see your progress illustrated in a fun way.

Form teams of 4-10 people at your workplace. The team should average 10,000 steps per day. Together, you motivate each other all the way to the finish line.

Bonus tasks

The bonus tasks motivate you to make small daily choices that strengthen your own, others', and the planet's health. The following bonus tasks give you 500 steps each time they are performed during the campaign and help you on your way:

The Activity Table

In the activity table, you can convert almost all activities. Everything from playing football to gardening can be easily registered, and automatically converted to steps. The higher the intensity of the activity, the more steps you get. Below you can see some of the most popular activities and how many steps per minute they provide:
